Hi, I'm Rachel Boothroyd, former global law firm partner, former General Counsel, now business owner, leadership & teamwork trainer, coach & guide for lawyers making changes. I left law to create a leadership and teamwork business. I love what I do and now work with companies across the globe from tech start ups to high street brands. Through my own journey, and my experience as a coach and trainer, I've gained valuable insights into finding the perfect career fit. I'm excited to share my knowledge and help you to find a career you love.
